The cost of a home inspection varies on several factors such as the size of the home, the age of the home and if it is built on a slab or crawlspace. There are numerous other factors to consider: tile roofs, cedar shake roofs, well or septic systems, cliff side lot, sprinkler system, etc.

We only schedule inspections after talking to our clients and a firm price quote will be given when you call.

What most people want is a high quality inspection for a fair price. We not be the least expensive in the short run, but we may be the least expensive in the long run.
