Older Homes

It goes without saying that all older homes need to be professionally inspected even if they appear to be in "show room condition". Inspecting older homes is what we enjoy doing the most and this is an area where we have considerable experience. If you are considering a home in the Quapaw Historic District, the Heights, Parkhill, or in any of the older neighborhoods of central Arkansas, you need an inspector with unique skills.

Because we are firmly committed to following the ASHI standards, it is probable that the number of recommendations for correction contained in our report may be surprising.

It is extremely important that you be present during the inspection of any older home!
